What A Typical Home Consultation Involves
We’ll give you a quick call to discuss how we can help and introduce ourselves. We may ask a couple of questions about your current internet speed and what you’d expect from us. Don’t worry, we’ll talk you through everything—no tech experience required!

Once we’ve had our chat, the next step is a home visit. We’ll come out to walk through your space, test your signal, and design a custom plan built just for you.
The installation
When it’s time to install, we treat your house like a home, not an office. We hide cables and equipment whenever possible so the only way you’ll know we’ve been there is the amazing Wi-Fi signal in every room.
Once we’re finished, we’ll do another cold spot test (the same test as we did in the consultation) to show exactly how your Wi-Fi has improved. This helps us catch any 'real world' hurdles we didn't see during our first visit, ensuring your home is perfectly connected before we leave.
After the installation
After the installation, we’ll check in to make sure everything we discussed in the consultation is exactly what we delivered. We want you to be happy with your new setup. If you still notice any issues, we will adjust things until they are what you expect. —that is our Promise.
